BUSINESS DEVELOPER MANAGER POSITION
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Must be an ambitious visionary beast who visualizes it then makes the stride towards turning the vision into reality. Must have a passion for developing and growing new businesses and business relationships.
Previous working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or related role and a proven sales track record
Ability to build rapport
Great business sense and great negotiation skills
Plenty of initiative and a positive attitude
A deep understanding of marketing principals
Industry experience, knowledge and contacts
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Prepare presentations and arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives and requirements
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Oversee the development of Made2Fly’s marketing literature
Negotiated based on the individuals experience, previous track record and knowledge
